Dick Williams compiled a record of 1571 wins and 1451 losses in his managing career with the Boston Red Sox, Oakland Athletics, California Angels, Montreal Expos, San Diego Padres and Seattle Mariners. He began managing during the 1967 season and last managed during the 1988 campaign. Williams was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2008.
