Ellis Burks compiled a career batting average of .291 with 352 home runs and 1206 RBI in his 2000-game career with the Boston Red Sox, Chicago White Sox, Colorado Rockies, San Francisco Giants and Cleveland Indians. He began playing during the April 30, 1987 season and last took the field during the October 2, 2004 campaign. Burks was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2010.
