Marquis Grissom compiled a career batting average of .272 with 227 home runs and 967 RBI in his 2165-game career with the Montreal Expos, Atlanta Braves, Cleveland Indians, Milwaukee Brewers, Los Angeles Dodgers and San Francisco Giants. He began playing during the August 22, 1989 season and last took the field during the July 31, 2005 campaign. Grissom was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2011.
