Jim Germany ran for a team-best 861 yards.

The ball-hawking defense led the way with 72 turnovers. Ed Jones and Larry Highbaugh each seized 7 opponent throws. James Parker topped the defensive unit with 18.5 quarterback sacks, leading the way for a team which created 72 sacks.

Hugh Campbell coached the team. The 1981 Edmonton Eskimos won the Grey Cup.
