Gilbert Renfroe triggered the aerial attack, passing for 4,113 yards. Darrell Smith paced the receiving corps, snagging 73 passes for 1,306 yards, while Jeff Boyd provided receiving help as well.

Gill Fenerty carried the ball for a team-best 968 yards.

Reggie Pleasant intercepted 7 opponent throws. Rodney Harding topped the defensive unit with 12 quarterback sacks.

Bob O'Billovich coached the team. The 1988 Toronto Argonauts lost in the Division Final.
