The Philadelphia Stars of the United States Football League ended the 1984 season with a record of 16 wins and 2 losses, finishing first in the USFL's Atlantic Division of the Eastern Conference.

The defense proved to be a force, as the Stars yielded 225 points, fewest in the league. Philadelphia ran up 479 points. Chuck Fusina directed the offense, slinging for 3,837 yards. Willie Collier grabbed 56 passes, while Scott Fitzkee added 895 receiving yards. Steve Folsom and Kelvin Bryant were targeted regularly, too.

Kelvin Bryant carried the ball for a team-leading 1,406 yards.

Mike Lush seized 7 opponent throws. George Cooper and Don Fielder each sacked opposing passers 6 times, helping propel the defense to an overall total of 49 sacks.

Jim Mora coached the team. The 1984 Philadelphia Stars won the Championship.
